Plan, schedule, coordinate, and supervise projects simultaneously
Review project budgets, submittals, and blueprints before job mobilization
Prepare detailed project plans, cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation
Maintain detailed tracking of material and procurement for installation
Manage field resources to align with current and future project needs and customer obligations
Attend jobsite and coordination meetings to review project progress, plan, organize, and prioritize tasks ensuring project timely completion
Conduct jobsite visits and inspections to assess fire risks and develop appropriate fire protection strategies
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors
Maintain constant communication with costumers to provide outstanding customer service
Provide support to project teams and field personnel
Identify, create, and submit change orders
Manage and maintain project budgets and confirm all job permits are up to date
REQUIREMENTS:
The job requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Fire Protection and Safety Technology Engineering. Requires 24 months of experience as a Fire Protection Design, Fire Protection Engineering. Experience with HydraCALC, HydeaLIST Sprinkler system project design.
